Pascualina :)

Think about a person I admire is very difficult. But to do the effort, I thought in Pascualina. A little witch (that today isn't a young girl), that accompanied me with their diary throughout my childhood and adolescence. When I was a child I admired her, I liked his stories and advice writing along their diary. I know her for my cousin, because she had a diary of Pascualina and she show it and I liked this diary.
Pascualina, is a witch that live with your parents and brothers. All family members are witches, and initially this was the emphasis of the diary. With the years this changed and Pascualina was increasingly interested in art and now their diaries are complete works of art, with many different designs.
His strength is to always see the positive side of things, she assume the events as a learning and a means to get ahead, because She believe that everything has a meaning in life. Your sensitivity and depth make it difficult to forget the people, especially those with whom She has shared significant moments of her life. This really inspires me of her.
Pascualina teaches having principles and be faithful to them, do not get carried away by the atmosphere and other persons and enjoy every moment that gives us life.
I love Pascualina, It reminds me of my childhood.

♺ Ecology and recycling ♺

Hello Class

To be honest I'm not "Green person" for different reasons. The first reason why I can't to be an ecological person is because in my home I live with my parents and sisters, and if I would like separate the garbage for example simply I can't. I don't stay in my home every days for check that my family separate the garbage! We have spoken about it, but for space, time and other things, it isn't possible.

I incorporate recycling in my habits, only when I throw out the glass bottle in the containers, and I put paper in box for recycling it. But, despite I'm not "Green Person" I wish help the planet, for example, I never throw trash on the ground, and I teach my sisters, cousins, friends to don't do. If I don't find a trash can, I keep my garbage with me until you find one. Beside, my father disassemble different object technological, and he separated the metals and plastics and he carry it to different places that need these things, either for exchange or sale.

I love nature and always try to take care when going for a walk, or camping with my family and friends. 

I think that in our society missing a lot for do regarding this issue. I feel that there isn't a culture of recycling. You have to see the streets, there is a lot of garbage in all sites! is terrible.

The city looks ugly with so much litter. I think as society we should begin for this. It not too much, and not hard to do.

Education

To be honest, I am not really informed about the manifestations related with education in our country. It may sound a little selfish, but I have classes few days a week, I keep busy working and I do not hear about what happens in the University.
I found interesting the video. I think it says things that are really true. Education in our country is centered in a globalized world where every person must be functional to the system.
Education in Chile, attempt to be standardized, but each school has different needs and realities, either by issues economic, cultural, demographic, etc. I do not know why the government attempt to measure equally to all students to be selected at a university, putting to one side the needs of each person, If one student didn't go to "good" school where he received the minimum obligatory content, with difficult can get to a good score on PSU for example.
There is something that although I am not present in manifestations or assemblies, I do have very clear: Education in Chile today, you have to buy it and pay dearly for it. If you come from a school that does not prepare you as a machine to give a good PSU you will pay a pre-university for entry to a "State" University. That was my reality. From young I did very good grades in school, but upon into the University I can see that I was disadvantaged compared to most of my peers. I not consider a bad school the place where I studied, it taught me as very positive things in my life, such as respect, solidarity, companionship. I have much affection for my school of childhood.
I take to manifest my open support to many teachers who taught me and formed me in that school. Now they are on strike for better working conditions. Really deserve it, the job of a teacher is very underrated and that is reflected in their salaries.

Special Flower

Hello everyone

Well, I have to talk about a present that I received. Honestly, I don’t remember any present easily. I am not a person that loves the material things, but making an effort I think that the most important present I received was a flower. This flower was a "Amaryllis" flower and gave me my best friend.

A rainy day at night my best friend arrived to my home because in the afternoon we had a discussion, and at night he went to my house for apologize, and in this moment he gave me a flower.

As it was raining, my friend was all wet, and this situation until today makes me laugh. When I mention this he feels embarrassed, because was a very emotional and funny moment simultaneously.

This present is special for me, and I like it because my friend is a cold person and is difficult that he shows me his feelings. But with this present, he show me that can leaving your defect and apologize when he commit a error, and that is very valuable

Maybe isn't a big present, but is a pretty demonstration at least for me. Besides, I think the other gifts as technological things, eventually decompose and are no useful. I value much more the memory of a nice present.

I still have the dried flower, and clearly not what it was, but I keep a souvenir of this.

Fiestas Patrias

Hi class
Today I will talk about my Fiestas Patrias.
This year, It was different than other years. It didn't have an air of celebrations. I was unwilling to go to Fondas or only go out with my family. I don't know why, only I was just demotivated.
This year one day of Fiestas Patrias, I went to Parque O'higgins with my little sister Isidora to look at the preparatory of "Parada Militar" because my brother marches in it. Besides, other day I went out whit my parents and sister to the house of my cousin. In his house I met with aunts, uncles, cousins, and my grandfather and grand mother.
In other years, I normally celebrate much more. I love to dance "cueca" and enjoy with my friends and my family. This year I didn't dance "cueca", still lament this.
The best Fiestas Patrias that I remember, was the Fiestas Patrias in 2013 and 2014, because I celebrated all week! It was exhausting, but it was amazing and unforgettable. The Fiestas Patrias in 2013 I traveled to "Viña del Mar" and The Fiestas Patrias in 2014 I stayed in Santiago, but both were fantastic.
I love the typical activities, It reminds me of my family. Since we met, we enjoyed playing. My favorite activity is flying kites, I am not expert but i like it.
I don't like the rodeo, because I think the animals are suffer.
These were my Fiestas Patrias, it was different but with my people and that is good.

September 11th

September 11th is a day that in my personal opinion, can’t be forgotten in Chile, it is because it was a day that marked history and the lives of people that lived in back then. But, not only marked the lives of those people, but also marks all Chilean people until today.

I feel that this day began a series of changes in all fields in own country, either political, economic, cultural, etc. But the most important of this day for me, is that it commemorates the death of many innocent people. I don’t understand how any persons can believe that to kill a person cause this have different a way of thinking, be good. When was the tolerance and respect?, I ask me.

I don’t agree with anything that happened that day. The human rights were violated, and until today the state of Chile does not react as they should do with the victims, and they ignore the responsibilities for these crimes and still don’t take charge.

I think that this topic is never outdated, because still there are many injustice and missing persons, and is important for me that is not forgotten, so it doesn’t happen again.

Is important have the conscience to see this topic thoroughly, always think in the persons that died without reasons. The armed forces commited a terrible error.

Easter Island - Rapa Nui - Isla de Pascua

Today I will talk about the place i will like to visit some day.

I wish in the future can visit many countries, and many places around the world, but first I prefer to know different places in Chile.

There are different places in chile that I visited, but if there are a place I would like to know is "Isla de Pascua", I think that is a place with many history and tradition, and the culture of this place is different and that makes it attractive.

I like to know about this place the moai, Anakena beach, the volcano Rano Kau, Hanga roa, and all beautiful places that I can visit!

In this place, I would like walk for the island for know better the place, and do all I can to go across many different places

In various opportunities I talk about this with my best friend, We would like set out on travel together, is a dream in our lifes.

I want only go to visit this place, I am not sure of if I want live in other country or an city so different to Santiago, principally for the culture of "Isla de Pascua". Besides, I have plans of job here.
